It is Surface Treatment which is done in vacuum Furnace with Ionized N2 and H2 Gas in Lower Temperature.

Suitable Material
- Material which has Al or Cr.
- SKD-61, SKD-11, SACM-645, SCM-440, SKH-51, MAS-1 SNC, SNCM, SCR, SCM, etc.

Suitable Parts
1. Less Transforming than other nitriding because of low temperature and short time process.
2. Smooth and Clean Surface after treatment.
3. No Peeling, Less Frail.
4. No annealing because of low temperature below tempering temperature.
5. No Polution.

Treating Temperature
450 ~ 530 C

Hardness of Surface after Nitriding
650 - 1200 Hv

Depthness of Hardness Surface
0.01 - 0.5 mm.
